This Cashier role supports an exceptional customer experience at the cashwrap. Responsibilities include promoting Coach’s Insider Program, processing transactions and returns, and following company policies. The position also assists with cashier training and mentoring while maintaining organized, clean operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create lasting impressions through warm customer greetings
- Promote gift cards and Insider Program participation
- Follow cash handling and company compliance policies
- Process repairs and damaged goods to standards
- Assist with cashier training and mentoring

Requirements:

- One or more years in cashier or retail roles
- Luxury retail experience is preferred
- POS, mobile technology, and computer familiarity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver
