Support guest service at Blaze Bar & Grill within Grey Eagle Resort & Casino on the Tsuut’ina First Nation. Deliver food accurately and maintain spotless service areas.

The Server Assistant combines Porter and Food Runner functions under Food and Beverage leadership. You will support Servers and kitchen teams through table resets, beverage running, station stocking, sanitation, and direct guest contact. The position requires professional, courteous service while following Resort and Casino policies, procedures, and secure work practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver accurate food and beverage orders to guests
- Refill water and respond to guest needs
- Clear, sanitize, and reset tables after use
- Stock service stations and takeout supplies
- Communicate concerns, shortages, and safety hazards promptly

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Rapid-paced, high-volume service experience
- Professional guest service and cooperative teamwork
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle food, beverages, and dishware safely
