Use powerline construction experience and safety awareness to support overhead, underground, and substation work across Ontario on rotation.

This Apprentice Lineman role with Forbes Bros. Group of Companies supports crews building and maintaining high- and low-voltage systems. The full-time temporary assignment is in office and project-based, with travel throughout Ontario required. You will work under field leadership, communicate with crew members, and develop skills toward Lineman certification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support overhead and underground line construction activities
- Troubleshoot and repair transmission and distribution lines
- Maintain interior, exterior, overhead, and underground systems




- Identify hazards and apply appropriate safety controls
- Communicate direction and complete assignments within deadlines

Requirements:

- At least six months’ powerline construction experience
- Ability to distinguish between colours
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Capacity for physically demanding manual labour
