Lead guest services at Edmonton’s Citadel Theatre as a part-time House Captain focused on customer service and patron seating. This casual position includes evening and weekend shifts.

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, the House Captain provides leadership during performances and events. You will support smooth patron movement, maintain order, uphold theatre and safety rules, and respond to customer needs. Adaptable availability is essential for this customer-facing position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure efficient patron seating during performances and events
- Support smooth patron departure after performances and events
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Maintain order throughout theatre activities
- Ensure adherence to theatre and safety rules

Requirements:

- Frequent availability for flexible evening and weekend hours
