Support daily thrift store operations for The Salvation Army while delivering courteous customer service and accurate cash and debit transactions. This is a permanent full time position.

As Shift Supervisor, you support the Store Manager across routine store activities and act as a Sales Associate. Responsibilities include opening and closing, donation processing, inventory control, store presentation, and guest and donor service. You may lead Store Associates when the Store Manager is absent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily thrift store operations and uninterrupted service
- Complete customer transactions, including cash and debit sales
- Process donations through sorting, pricing, packing, and storage
- Maintain merchandise, displays, shelves, cleanliness,



and store organization
- Lead Store Associates when the Store Manager is absent

Requirements:

- Completion of some high school
- Two years of store or warehouse experience
- Interpersonal and communication skills for team environments
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently
- Successful applicable screening and background checks
