One Yellow Rabbit Performance Theatre seeks Box Office and Patron Services Representatives for front-of-house operations. Representatives assist volunteers, oversee patron services, and support events throughout the festival. Shifts run as needed during January, with some late nights and weekends required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sell tickets to festival patrons
- Provide customer service to ticket buyers
- Prepare organized public spaces before events
- Reconcile cash, debit, and credit card receipts
- Coordinate House opening and closing with venue staff

Requirements:

- Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
- Familiarity with traditional theatre protocol and etiquette
- Ability to solve problems and think quickly
- Ability to work in a very busy environment
- Knowledge of Tessitura or Theatre Manager preferred
