The Sales Coordinator supports Regional Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, and broader sales teams. This position handles account communication, contract preparation, sales reporting, and CRM data qualification. It also supports client handoffs, RFP follow-up, and sales activity coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a contact for Global Accounts escalations
• Resolve client problems within established delivery timelines
• Coordinate sales activity for assigned regional teams

• Document correspondence and provide account reports

Requirements:

• Two to five years in a similar support position
• Experience supporting Regional Sales Managers daily
• Experience with contract preparation and sales administration
• Robust organization, detail orientation, and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM, and internal tools
