Lead Fringe Theatre Adventures in Edmonton through organizational leadership, theatre experience, and community development expertise. Work collaboratively with the Artistic Director. The Executive Director provides leadership for a non-profit, charitable arts organization. This senior position oversees management and administration while supporting Fringe Theatre’s year-round work. The organization cultivates artists, incubates recent theatrical work, promotes artistic exploration, and removes barriers to access. Key Responsibilities:

Provide organizational leadership for Fringe Theatre Adventures Oversee management and administration of the organization Collaborate and partner with the Artistic Director Support year-round cultivation and incubation of artists Help remove barriers to artistic access Requirements:

Experience in theatre Experience in community development Passion for year-round theatrical activity Interest in supporting artists at all career stages Commitment to artistic exploration and creative risk Bring theatre and community development experience to lead Fringe Theatre Adventures alongside its Artistic Director.
