preparing posting summaries, verifying qualifications and work references; Coordinating and participating in interviews if required, including preparation of appropriate interview questions, providing input to selection decisions, and preparing offer lettersSource candidates on platforms such as our ATS CRM, Indeed and LinkedInRequirementsMinimum of 2 years recruitment experience, with an emphasis on high-volume and/or industrial trade recruitmentStrong experience using various sourcing techniques, platforms and recruitment marketingRequired to clearly communicate with internal operational leaders to understand needs, forecasts and scope of projectsExperience with full cycle recruitment from sourcing to drafting offer letters
