service‐focused approach and the desire to exceed expectationsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionSchedule:Full‐time; Monday to FridayCompensation:$48,000 - $52,000 per yearWhat You'll Do:Manage accounts receivable and accounts payablePerform collection calls, follow-ups, and receipt of paymentsProcess and update pre‐authorized payment adjustments for client and bank recordsPost and reconcile manufacturer billing documents and statementsReconcile schedules and accounts as directedComplete weekly office supply orderingWork closely with Department Leaders and the Controller to obtain or correct required documentsHandle daily payment reconciliationsComplete data entry tasks as requiredPrepare cheques and bank depositsMaintain confidentiality in all accounting mattersDemonstrate behaviors aligned with company expectations in interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendorsTrotman Auto Group is an equal‐opportunity employer.
