Compass Group Canada’s Restaurant Associates is seeking General Helpers for food preparation and meal service. You will plate individual meals, distribute supplies, and work across stations including meal packaging. The work also includes food storage, cleaning, cooking as needed, and following approved recipes and production standards. Food safety, sanitation, portion control, and serving temperatures are central to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dispense food for next-day production and plate individual meals
- Store food using wrapping, dating, safety, and rotation procedures




- Perform cleaning duties and remove garbage to designated areas
- Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
- Prepare and cook food as needed

Requirements:

- Valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- English proficiency and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
