This Pharmacy Shipping Coordinator supports Innomar Strategies patient and provider services and pharmaceutical commercialization activities. The role applies approved checklists, standard procedures, and system-of-record updates. It also confirms requirements, due dates, handoffs,



and shipment details while routing out-of-scope inquiries to designated contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package orders using approved materials and checklists
• Check contents and labels against shipment documentation
• Scan shipments and update tracking fields
• Schedule pickups and delivery handoffs within turnaround times
• Report discrepancies, damages, and missing information promptly

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Less than two years’ related experience required
• Experience in pharmacy support, shipping, or logistics
