Job Title: Program ManagerJob ID: 90603Location: Toronto, OntarioWhat you will be doing The Senior Program Manager will lead and support various EHR Modernization initiatives, including management of activities, issues, risks and service change requests to ensure successful and on-time deployment.Work with internal stakeholders to report project progress and for budgeting oversight, tracking and reportingDefine, implement and operate the program governanceEstablish/Manage relationships with Agency’s product ownersEstablish/Manage relationships with Canada Health InfowayEngage with Legal, Privacy and Security authorities to evaluate program responsibilitiesWhat you must have 7 to 10 years’ experience project managing digital health projects, ideally with experience deploying clinical software systems, including health information systems, electronic medical records, e Referral solutions and patient portals.Experience with and knowledge of Project Management concepts (e.G. project goals, risk, scope, participant roles, planning, quality management, risk management and change management)Excellent Leadership, Team Building, and Communication skills, including experience with presenting to C-suite and Executive Leadership Groups across the health sectorStrong stakeholder management, vendor relations, planning and resource management skillsTime Management, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projectsCollaboration, coordinating tasks,
