This Health and Beauty Team Lead assists with Health and Beauty, Pharmacy over the counter, and Cosmetics processes. The work includes directing associates, following up on priorities, and supporting coverage and availability tasks across the store. You help teams stay informed and productive.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily Team Huddles and communicate shift updates
- Set goals and track associate productivity throughout shifts
- Assign associates to coverage and availability tasks
- Provide directions and coordinate task completion
- Review completed schedules with the People Lead

Requirements:

- Ability to communicate effectively with associates and leaders
- Ability to organize work around operational functions and workload
- Ability to assist on the salesfloor as required
- Ability to respond to problems and customer inquiries
- Ability to follow Company policies and procedures
