Lead Artstrek students in Red Deer with strong leadership and interpersonal skills during the July 2020 residential program.
Theatre Alberta seeks Artstrek Supervisors for July 2020. Supervisors work and stay at Red Deer College’s Arts Centre from July 1–25. The position involves working with youth, collaborating as team members, and fostering an inclusive, safe workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Artstrek students during the July program
- Work and stay in residence at Red Deer College’s Arts Centre
- Work collaboratively as a team member
- Foster a safe and inclusive space
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Experience working with youth
- Attendance at Artstrek as a student
- Age between 20 and 25 years
