Apply server diagnostics and field service expertise as a Senior Service Technician supporting Supermicro equipment for enterprise customers. Travel may reach 50%.

This full-time Supermicro Global Service Team position provides post-sales support for complex server systems. You will troubleshoot hardware, BIOS, drivers, and application-load issues while communicating with customers and engineers. The work includes on-site repairs, remote resolution, and customer-focused service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot Supermicro equipment in office and remotely
- Lead preventive maintenance and manage repair parts cycles
- Resolve escalations quickly and professionally
- Provide second-line support to resellers and distributors




- Train service engineers and contribute technical materials

Requirements:

- Three or more years servicing complex X86 systems
- Hands-on server experience with Supermicro, EMC, DELL, or HP
- Strong hardware diagnostics and technical communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree or military experience considered
- Full professional proficiency in English
