The Sales Director, Hotel Services manages Sales Coordinators, Sales Managers, and Senior Sales Managers for Encore. This full time position reports to the Director, Event Technology. It develops revenue strategies, supports high-end event production, and maintains hotel relationships. The work includes team leadership, customer presentations, event planning, and sales forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create per-event upsell and cross-sell revenue strategies
• Develop advanced technology solutions for large events
• Maintain customer and hotel personnel relationships
• Manage team performance, staffing, mentorship, and development

Requirements:

• BS/BA or three-plus years of equivalent experience
• At least three years of sales experience
• At least one year of supervision or leadership experience
• Sales process and financial report knowledge
• Technical aptitude, CRM, computer, communication, and presentation skills
