Aramark is recruiting this Residence Dining Assistant Manager to support the Residence Dining Manager and Executive Chef. The position oversees catering and residence dining hall operations while helping plan, organize, and direct food service activities. Strong organization, professionalism, and team leadership are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily food service operations and delegate employee tasks
• Coach, motivate, and support employees as required
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, payroll, and shift coverage

Requirements:

• One to three years management experience in food service or hospitality
• Robust interpersonal, communication, organizational, and team building skills
