Deliver outstanding customer service at airport check-in, gates, and arrivals while following safety, security, and airline-specific procedures.

As a Passenger Service Agent with Alliance Ground International, you will support travelers throughout their journey. Use computer systems, radio equipment, communication, critical thinking, and basic math skills. Assist with reservations, tickets, baggage, flight information, and passenger concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide customer service meeting AGI and airline standards
- Handle ticketing, reservations, fares, refunds, and baggage charges
- Check passenger documents and coordinate boarding arrangements
- Resolve lost, damaged, and delayed baggage concerns
- Communicate flight movement messages among airport teams

Requirements:

- At least 18 years old with high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Authorization to work in the applicable country
- Ability to complete SIDA training
- One year of relevant experience preferred
- Ability to stand and move heavy items regularly
