Bull Skit Improvisational Theatre is a Red Deer nonprofit established in 2008. The Artistic Director develops and produces excellent improvisational theatre while supporting a safe, creative, and inclusive experience. The position runs from August 1, 2019, to July 30, 2020, with potential renewal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and evaluate the theatre season
- Execute seasons with the executive director
- Develop and retain company members
- Build relationships with volunteers, members, and audiences
- Promote the organization’s mission through community activities

Requirements:

- History of artistic accomplishment and leadership
- Ability to develop the company’s artistic vision
- Inspirational leadership ability
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Financial management experience within balanced budgets
