FirstService Residential seeks a Security Concierge to provide information, services, protection, and customer assistance at an onsite community. The position requires communication, organizational ability, self-motivation, outgoing service, and attention to detail. You will manage access, monitor property conditions, and respond to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer resident questions, provide directions, and clarify needs
- Schedule authorized vendor access to residential units
- Maintain confidentiality and protect resident privacy
- Conduct property patrols and respond to fire alarms




- Complete occurrence logs, incident reports, and software updates

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario Security License
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Business, Hospitality, Police, or Security Foundations courses are assets
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly under pressure
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and communicate by phone and in person
