Build hands-on manufacturing experience in Tilbury with Resilient Structures, using production equipment, hand tools, and quality inspection skills. Work 12-hour continental rotating shifts.

As a General Labourer, you will support daily production at Resilient Structures’ Tilbury facility. The work includes material preparation, machinery operation, product inspection, finishing activities, and equipment maintenance. You will use drills, saws, grinders, routers, and nailers while following procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements. Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist filament winding, fiberglass handling, drilling, cutting, and module preparation
- Prepare poles, modules, and orders through finishing and packaging




- Operate machinery according to established procedures and instructions
- Inspect materials, products, and finished goods for quality requirements
- Maintain equipment, storage areas, and safe production workspaces

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous forklift or lift-truck experience
- Protected experience using drills, saws, grinders, routers, and nailers
- Ability to interpret basic blueprints and engineering drawings
- Ability to lift 30 kilograms or more repeatedly
