Create a polished welcome experience for visitors, executives, and clients at a downtown Toronto consulting and technology company. Use communication and relationship-building skills daily.

Reporting to the onsite Compass lead, the Welcome Host, Guest and Reception Experience coordinates reception services. You will manage registrations, reservations, office information, and meeting support while collaborating with facilities, technology teams, vendors, and catering suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide anticipative service to office visitors
• Coordinate space reservations and guest registrations
• Register clients and visitors using internal systems
• Support meetings, events, vendors, and catering suppliers
• Complete reception opening, closing, mail,
  
  
  
  and courier duties

Requirements:

• Hospitality degree or luxury hospitality experience considered an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Robust relationship-building, analytical, and adaptability skills
• Ability to manage priorities and frequent deadlines
• Microsoft Office proficiency and Smart Serve certification preferred
