Kavar Jewellers is seeking full time sales associates to work as a watch sales specialist and whom is committed to engage with clients and offer exceptional customer service. A background in retail sales is required, experience with watch sales or luxury sales, and a specialty in client relations is preferred.

Main responsibilities include:
Actively approach, engage with clients and provide exceptional customer service
Collaborate with brand ambassadors and sales team
Clienteling both during and after a sale
Receiving training both in-store and online through e-modules
Foster an workplace that has customer service at the forefront, ensuring consumer satisfaction and retention
Ability to adapt to change and use technology to assist the consumer and fellow sales associates

Must be available for all shifts during mall operating hours, which includes evening shifts until up to 9:30pm and all weekend shifts.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
