Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Set up breakfast stations with fresh food, beverages, utensils, and condiments before service begins
Greet guests warmly, taking orders with clear communication and providing friendly assistance throughout their meal
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, counters, and food preparation zones in accordance with food safety standards
Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth service flow and prevent shortages
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and cash handling accurately
Follow all food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation procedures diligently to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key!
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and engage positively with guests
Experience in kitchen tasks such as food preparation, cooking, or food handling is advantageous
Familiarity with POS systems or similar cash register operations
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently during busy breakfast hours
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is highly desirable
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and organization in a quick-paced setting
