Dental Assistant – Part time

Richmond Dental Clinic is looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant who is comfortable working scheduled Tuesdays, Thursdays, and occasional weekends to join our friendly and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the dentist chairside during clinical procedures
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms following infection control protocols
Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean and organized operatory
Assist with patient preparation and provide support during appointments
Update and maintain patient charts and records accurately
Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients as directed
Help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day
Assist with inventory, supplies, and general clinic organization
Follow all clinic infection control, safety, and confidentiality procedures

Qualifications
Certified Dental Assistant Level I or II (CDA I / CDA II)
HARP certification (required if taking X-rays) is an asset




Dental assisting students and recent graduates are welcome to apply
Robust communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Professional, punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
Willingness to learn and take direction
Previous dental assisting experience is an asset
Previous Experience with Maxident software is an asset
Farsi-speaking is an asset
