Key Accountabilities:
Handling and caring for animals
Monitoring animal health status and reporting any concerns/symptoms
Feed and tend animals
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Clean barns, pens and animal housing
Egg collections
Write daily basic progress reports (production results, etc.)
Hatch baby birds and service them
AI and other sampling/selection processes
Requirements:
Prior experience working with live animals is considered an asset
Must be able to handle moderate, physical labour, standing for extended periods of time, walking, etc.
