Barista Supervisor Full time Permanent

brü espresso house is looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated supervisor to join our opening team.

We’re creating a coffee shop focused on quality coffee, matcha, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for people who enjoy working with others, care about the details, and can stay organized and positive in a quick-paced café environment.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily café operations, including opening and closing.
Lead, support, and train barista team members.
Ensure consistent beverage quality and excellent customer service.
Manage shift workflow and delegate tasks.
Monitor inventory and restock supplies.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Assist with drink preparation and regular barista duties.

Reliable and punctual
Available for a mix of weekday, evening, and weekend shifts
Latte art is highly preferred
specialty cafe experience is required
