Duties:
Assist staff and customers as needed with product knowledge.
Answer telephones when needed.
Process customer orders received by telephone, email or fax.
Assist with purchasing/transfers to maintain enough stock to meet our customers requests.
Provide guidance to our customer on selecting the best products to meet their requirements.
Participate in ongoing training of new vendor products.

Requirements:
Excellent computer skills.
Fast learner.
Attention to detail.
Able to multi-task.
Customer service experience.(Minimum of 1 years)
