Midtown Ford is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Bodyshop Customer Service Representative to join our team!

What You’ll Do
Welcome and assist customers in the Bodyshop
Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
Schedule and coordinate appointments
Assist with repair orders, paperwork, and customer updates
Communicate with technicians, estimators, insurance companies, and customers
Help ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organization and attention to detail




Professional and positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a busy setting
