Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. We have an immediate opening for a Class 1 driver to operate our float and heavy wreckers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional roadside assistance and towing services to customers in need. This role requires a solid commitment to customer service, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate towing equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to towing requests and emergency situations.
Safely operate tow trucks and other towing equipment.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting stranded motorists with professionalism and empathy.
Perform vehicle inspections before and after towing to ensure secure transport.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues on-site when possible.
Maintain accurate records of services rendered,



including details of the vehicles towed and any incidents that occur during the process.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while on the road.
Assist in loading and unloading vehicles using appropriate techniques and equipment, including forklifts when necessary.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members.

Qualifications
Valid drivers license , class 5 with air brake endorsement, class 3 or class 1
Solid mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair is highly desirable.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
