Associate Dentist — Burlington, Ontario

We’re looking for an experienced Associate Dentist to join a contemporary, patient-focused practice. We’re seeking a compassionate clinician who values high-quality general dentistry, builds strong relationships with patients, and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

You’ll collaborate with dedicated staff and colleagues in a fully digital clinical setting. This is a outstanding prospect to contribute to a positive practice culture while continuing to grow professionally.

Your Role
Provide preventive, restorative, and general dental care
Provide care for patients of all ages, including children
Perform a range of general dental procedures
Develop clear treatment plans and discuss care options with patients
Build lasting relationships through attentive, skilled care
Work closely with hygienists, assistants, and the wider clinical team
Maintain thorough clinical documentation and high standards of patient care

What You Bring
Current RCDSO registration in good standing
At least (five years) of experience practicing as a dentist




Comfortable treating children and performing a range of general dental procedures
Sound clinical judgment and a patient-first approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Experience with Akitu One is an asset
