Lead workplace safety, environmental compliance, and ergonomic programs as Magna’s Health, Safety and Environmental Specialist in Mississauga, Ontario.

This full time position coordinates Deco’s Health, Safety, and Environmental programs while supporting Meadowvale legal compliance. You will maintain ISO14001 Environmental Management System requirements, manage audits, and report performance. The work also covers training, incident reviews, inspections, and corrective action.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate Health, Safety, and Environmental programs
- Maintain ISO14001 documented Environmental Management System requirements
- Manage audits, inspections, and corrective actions
- Coordinate safety training and recent associate orientations




- Report environmental data, KPIs, and action plans

Requirements:

- Occupational Health and Safety degree or diploma
- Minimum five years’ related automated manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of safety, workers’ compensation, and environmental legislation
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
