As Crew Chief, you oversee line service activities across the ramp, apron, and hangar. You lead customer service delivery, support the CSR desk, and help ensure aircraft service requests are completed. The position also guides winter operations preparation, equipment readiness, and crew training requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead customer service for aircraft customers and crews
- Answer calls and coordinate service requests at the CSR desk
- Prepare anti-ice equipment for winter snow events
- Ensure crew readiness and completion of OJT training
- Maintain facilities, equipment, and fuel trucks
