EHN Canada seeks a Counsellor I for its interdisciplinary treatment team in Saskatoon. The position provides care for Operational Stress Injury, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and co-occurring mental health and addiction issues. Responsibilities include individual and group therapy, advocacy, assessment, and care coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based individual treatment, education, and progress assessment
Facilitate abstinence-based relapse prevention groups and education
Coordinate cases and communicate across inter-skilled teams
Develop treatment goals and support resident-centered care planning




Prepare aftercare plans, referrals, discharge summaries, and documentation
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counselling, or related field
Registration in valuable standing with the required professional body
Experience facilitating therapeutic and group programs
Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and team-oriented skills
Support EHN Canada clients through trauma-informed therapy, addiction treatment, case coordination, and interdisciplinary communication in Saskatoon.
