Your responsibilities include providing on-the-floor coaching, driving sales, and maintaining exceptional store standards. Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example in customer service and selling behaviors
Provide real-time coaching and support to team members
Train and onboard new staff effectively
Motivate the team to achieve daily sales goals
Coordinate tasks and manage store routines and breaks
Requirements:
1+ year of retail experience, ideally in apparel
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Availability for a minimum of 3 shifts per week
Experience with POS systems and cash handling
