You will play a key role bridging business teams and technology solutions within a manufacturing and industrial environment. Serving as the primary point of contact for business units related to Manufacturing, Facilities, Asset Management, Industrial Engineering, Quality, and Health & Safety, you will contribute to digital transformation, IT tool standardization, and continuous process improvement.You'll Have The Opportunity ToBusiness Relationship & Demand ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for business unit IT requestsGuide internal clients in defining and prioritizing their needsApply the IT demand management processFunctional Analysis & IT SolutionsConduct business analysis and contribute to defining functional solutionsWork within an application ecosystem including:SAP (MM, PP, WM / eWM, EAM, PP/DS, APO)Related solutions (CMMS, analytics platforms, industrial systems)Understand and manage cross-system interdependencies (e.G., SAP – CMMS – analytics integration)System Implementation & SupportParticipate in the following activities:Functional documentationSolution configurationFunctional testing and user supportGo-live deployment and post-implementation supportAct as an application administrator for select platforms:User and access managementBasic configuration / updatesDocumentation and best practicesStandardization & Continuous ImprovementContribute to standardizing IT solutions across various sitesSupport the evolution of existing applicationsParticipate in IT continuous improvement and digital transformation projectsYOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; OR 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar roleExperience in a manufacturing and/or industrial environmentExperience in multi-site or digital transformation projectsKnowledge of the following environments and systems:ERP,
