Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on client accounts and resolve outstanding activities
Review data entries, invoicing, and coverage selection for compliance
Issue certificates for recent business and renewal clients
Process insurance policy changes and endorsements
Conduct sales calls and up-sell products to clients

Requirements:
General Insurance Level 1 License
Commercial Lines experience considered an asset
Experience achieving individual and team sales targets
Strong sales and communication skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer programs
