We aim to create a meaningful positive impact in everything we do.The RoleAs a Sr. Graphic Designer, you'll work across brand, digital, web, campaign, and print projects from early concepts and wireframes through to polished, production-ready work. You'll help shape how brands look, feel, and work, bringing together robust visual design with an understanding of user experience, usability, hierarchy, and how people interact with design. You'll collaborate closely with strategists, developers, marketers, and clients to turn strategy and insights into thoughtful, effective creative. No two days are the same, but the constant is a supportive team that has your back.This role is an in-person position at our head office in Edmonton, Alberta. We are NOT accepting applicants for remote work.What You Bring:Minimum 5 years experience working as Graphic DesignerDiploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design or related fieldStrong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, UX/UI, website, campaign, and print designExperience in designing brands and full campaigns with both online and print applications.Proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)Experience designing websites from user flows and wireframes through to high-fidelity UISolid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility,
