The Salvation Army is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Manager and provide uninterrupted thrift store service. You will serve customers and donors, protect donated items, complete sales transactions, and maintain merchandise flow. The position may guide Store Associates when the manager is absent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact positively and courteously with customers and donors
- Receive, sort, price, and reconcile store inventory
- Monitor store activity and support store security
- Assist with layouts, window displays, and merchandise displays
- Maintain safe, tidy, and attractive sales areas

Requirements:

- Some high school education completed
- Two years in a store or warehouse setting
- Proven teamwork, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail in transactions and inventory tasks
- Compliance with health and safety requirements
