This seasonal retail position supports the Store Manager and leadership team during daily operations. You will use product knowledge, selling skills, and fandom expertise while helping fellow fans find merchandise they love. The work includes sales targets, customer service, visual standards, and associate training.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide memorable shopping experiences using product and fandom knowledge
Support store leadership and run operations when needed
Drive UPT, ADT, and comparable sales goals
Operate registers, process transactions, and report shortages
Train Sales Associates and maintain organized store areas

Requirements:
Previous retail workplace experience
Robust customer service and selling skills
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to stand, walk, reach, and move merchandise
