Represent FedEx Canada on assigned routes through protected package delivery, accurate inspections, and courteous customer service. Choose flexible shifts up to 40 hours weekly.
As a Casual Courier, you will deliver and collect shipments while maintaining a professional appearance and protecting customer property. Duties include route planning, scanning, reporting, paperwork, and explaining Federal Express Canada features of service. You may also load, unload, sort, and scan packages as workload requires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate vehicles safely under regulations and company procedures
- Maintain package security, equipment, vehicles, and customer property
- Ensure shipments meet Federal Express Canada service requirements
- Provide customers with shipping materials and service information
- Report sales leads and market changes to the sales department
Requirements:
- Full valid Class G license; G2 is not acceptable
- Good driving record with required driver assessment performance
- One year of customer-oriented business experience preferred
- Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work under pressure
- Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations is an asset
