Edmonton Opera seeks Production Assistants for upcoming productions, events, and sourcing activities. You will work under the Head of Wardrobe, Head of Props/Paint, and Head of Scenic Carpentry. The work includes materials, facilities, events, rehearsals, shipping, receiving, and warehouse tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with mainstage productions and rehearsals as required
- Source and acquire set and costume build materials
- Organize facilities, supplies, and department workspaces
- Support special events and audience outreach activities
- Complete shipping,



receiving, errands, and warehouse duties

Requirements:

- Technical theatre diploma or degree from a post-secondary institution
- Class 5 driver’s license and suggested access to a vehicle
- Knowledge of secure working practices and deadline flexibility
- Ability to lift 30 pounds, climb, and stand for long periods
- Ability to operate a small audio system for community events
