Job Description

As a Traffic Control Manager, you work with a team at job sites. No experience or degree is needed. Safety comes first—always. We train you. We support you. We help you build a career.

Your daily work includes:
Ensuring temporary workplace are signed in accordance with provincial requirements
Ensuring all equipment required for the day is loaded on the truck prior to departing
Interacting with customers in the field to understand scope of work and level of traffic control required
Ensuring Traffic Control Persons are following all safety policies in the field
Acting as a Traffic Control Person while crew members are on breaks/lunches
Performing routine inspections of temporary workplaces
Helping keep vehicles and equipment clean and safe
Working outside all year, in all weather
Shifts may change based on job needs: Some nights, weekends, or emergency work may be required
We can provide you with a hard hat, safety goggles, a safety vest, safety whistle, walkie talkie, and cold/hot weather gear:



you bring your own steel toe safety boots that go above the ankle.

Qualifications
Provincial Traffic Control Manager Certification
Steel-toe boots
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
