The Care Company is seeking a compassionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for a 12-year-old female client in Toronto. The role requires commitment to a consistent weekly schedule including Saturday overnights and Sunday afternoons.

You will administer medications, assist with ADLs, monitor health, document care, and collaborate with Care Coordinators and families to ensure protected, client-centered care at home.
