Use Excel and reconciliation skills as an Accounts Receivable Advisor in Markham, Ontario. Extendicare offers this full time role in a hybrid working workplace.

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable and Billing Supervisor, you will support Extendicare's ParaMed corporate team. The work covers deposits, adjustments, client documents, banking information, and financial reconciliations. You will help ensure accurate and timely processing across Procura, AlayaCare, and Workday.

Key Responsibilities:
Retrieve banking information from online platforms
Enter cash receipts into Procura, AlayaCare, and Workday
Process monthly pre-authorized payment files accurately
Reconcile funding, service data, and daily bank statements




Manage client documents and resolve billing discrepancies

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and solid Excel skills
AlayaCare experience considered an asset
Robust organization and ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
