Horizon Childcare Center is looking for a reliable, responsible, and caring driver to transport children safely between our daycare center and local schools.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time work with a consistent weekday schedule.

- Hours: Approximately 3 hours per day, Monday to Friday
- Morning Shift: 8:15 AM – 9:00 AM
- Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM – 3:45 PM
- Schedule: School year only. No shifts on PD days, school holidays, or during summer break.
- Vehicle Provided: A designated vehicle belonging to Horizon Childcare Center will be provided. Use of a personal vehicle is not required.

Responsibilities

- Safely transport children between Horizon Childcare Center and their designated schools.
- Ensure children are safely supervised during pick-up and drop-off.
- Follow established transportation schedules and child safety procedures.
- Ensure all children are accounted for and safely handed over at the appropriate locations.
- Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with daycare staff, school personnel,



and families.
- Keep the centre’s vehicle clean, secure, and suitable for transporting children.

Required Qualifications

Eligible candidates must be able to provide:

- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
- Immunization records as required by the childcare center.
- A valid Ontario driver’s licence and a clean driving record.
