Lead a hard-rock operation in Eastern Canada through safe production, drill and blast, and commercially focused mine execution. This site-based role follows a rotational arrangement. Xtrava Group is supporting a major mining company appointing an experienced Mine Manager. As a senior site leader, you will own operational performance, lead sizeable mining teams, and build workforce, client, and project relationships. The role requires solid understanding of mining conditions, mobile equipment, and production. Key Responsibilities:

Lead safe, efficient day-to-day mining operations Oversee production, drill and blast, and mine execution Manage fleet performance, equipment, and workforce utilisation Coordinate contractors, subcontractors,



and technical functions Deliver productivity improvements and operational accountability Requirements:

Experience as Mine Manager, Mining Manager, or equivalent Strong knowledge of mobile mining equipment and fleet performance Experience leading sizeable site-based mining teams Demonstrated budget, cost, and commercial performance management Visible, pragmatic, safety-focused leadership style Apply mine leadership, production expertise, and commercial accountability across a significant Eastern Canada hard-rock operation.
