The Lakeland Centre for FASD is seeking a FASD Client Resource Navigator to join our outreach team. This role provides case management to individuals and families, requires travel, and supports families and schools in applying recommended interventions after diagnosis.

You will stay current on trends and best practices in human services and FASD, maintain confidentiality, and document activities according to policy.
