The Change Control Specialist manages material, supplier, vendor, and distributor changes. The six-month contract covers current materials, alternatives, and supplier notifications. You will coordinate stakeholders, interpret impacts, and complete records while supporting regulatory quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Initiate controls for new materials, suppliers, vendors, and distributors
Create and complete supplier notification change controls
Assess risks, impacts, follow-up changes, and required actions
Monitor records, outstanding tasks, extensions,



and timely closures
Drive continuous process improvement across change control activities

Requirements:
Minimum five years of quality systems experience
Science or related university or college degree
Working knowledge of TrackWise, SAP, and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Health Canada and FDA regulations
Solid organization, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
